As the Cisco Chair in Trusted Retail, she spearheads research on trust experience (TX) design, helping organizations actively build trust in tech- and data-intensive environments. Prior to joining QUT, Nadine held academic positions in Germany and Switzerland. Her research has been published in leading journals and conferences in the field of management information systems, and she serves in editorial roles within her discipline.
