No matter which camp you find yourself in regarding AI—whether you're an enthusiast or a skeptic—one thing remains undeniable: artificial intelligence is shaping the future in ways we couldn't have imagined just a few years ago. With constant changes and evolution happening literally daily, there are, of course, numerous concerns and questions regarding its impact on skill sets, careers, and industries.
In this episode, we are joined by someone who not only stands at the forefront of leveraging AI to shape the future of work but is actively creating it. Our guest this week is Denver Naidoo, the founder of Zeligate, which officially launched its brand in Las Vegas in October 2023. And yes, if you've been following me on LinkedIn, that was the reason I was there too.
The truth is, the future is AI, and it is both exciting and complex. I firmly believe that the genie is out, and there's no turning back. Instead of fearing or, even worse, resisting the change that is already happening, I am fully committed to being proactive in figuring out how we can best integrate it into our daily lives.

Now, before we dive into the interview with Denver Naidoo to explore the current state of AI, as well as his insights on its future trajectory, impact on careers, skill sets, and industries, ethics in AI, and how it will revolutionize education, let me provide some background.
Denver and I have known each other for nearly a decade. We initially crossed paths through a company where he held the position of Head of Architecture, and I was engaged as a consultant to assist them in developing their brand and marketing strategy.
Between then and now, Denver has founded and successfully exited multiple startups, serving as an architect and senior technology leader over the past two decades. Since childhood, Denver has maintained a passion for emerging technologies, a passion he carried throughout his career, including completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from London. Inspired by the potential for technology to unlock more of our human potential, Denver developed expertise in AI and machine learning, which ultimately sparked the vision for Zeligate. As the CTO of Zeligate, Denver is determined to use AI to empower people to be the best they can be.
