If you don't have haters, you are missing the boat
You either love or hate ...
You live in the middle, you get nothing.

What a blur November has been for me!
If you follow me on Social Media, you would have seen that I spent most of the month in the US and boy - it's been a massive learning curve.
In August this year, I made a big decision; a commitment bigger than I ever had done before; an investment bigger than I had done before.
I'd lie if I say that I didn't feel sick for 3 days straight after I said yes because I sure did - and I had never felt like that before.
This investment was way beyond the knowledge, content and connections.
It was about backing myself, my idea and the potential combining both.
Whilst I decided early on - even before I left corporate world - to engage with coaches to fast track my knowledge and invest in my development as I have zero patience to see results, this commitment was another level.
I signed up with the Worlds Nr 1 Business and Wealth Coach after seeing him coaching live at an event.
He made the coachee cry and to be honest, this was the deciding factor for me to decide he is the one for me.
Whilst I have 5 other coaches, he is taking it to another level with his direct, not beating around the bush approach and showing you the mirror not many have the guts to do so.
However, as this is also my approach which some love and others hate, I knew what I was getting into.
It started off with Mega Success - A combination of TEDx on steroids, coupled with a high level mastermind with some of the most successful entrepreneurs in their field topped with a business academy and coaching on all things mindset, money and marketing
(that's the best description I can come up with - and probably still doesn't do it any justice).
A 6 Days Conference with 2,500 delegates from 46 countries without agenda, without exact times but with content from 8am - 10pm and beyond.
I recapped my biggest take outs on the plane from LA to Florida when the memories where still fresh - you can read it here
This is where I also had the opportunity to interview Jewel and Charlie Sheen and got candid about Branding, Career, Choices and the Impact they make on others.
It was a very raw and honest conversation about their own experience, their take on standing for something and backing yourself and knowing that each and every choice you make influences and impacts others.
It's about the choices we make and knowing that some will love it and others will hate it - and be good with it.
Fact is, in this very noisy world, being good and fitting in is probably the worst you can be because you are one of many, compete on price and not value and chasing your tail to always beat someone else.
But standing out also requires you to have the clarity what it actually is that makes you the person you are, the confidence in owning and communicating your point of difference over and over and using your strengths to leave the world in a better place than when you came.
And that requires guts. A lot of them.
It was refreshing to see and hear first hand from big names that everyone is facing this challenge and learned how they tackle it, every single day, no matter how successful they are or were.
And I'm taking big names here, like
Steve Wozniak (Co-Founder Apple)
Hugh Hilton
Brooke Shields
Jessica Simpson
George Ross (Trump's Coach of 47 years)
Vanilla Ice
Mel Gibson
Barnaby Waters (President K-Swiss)
Dr Phil
Michael Douglas
Bruce Buffer
(to only name a few).
Check out what I took away from the various interviews and conversations with them.

It doesn't matter whether I'm personally a fan of them or not (and to be honest, I'm not a big celebrity person myself).
It also doesn't matter if you like them or not.
It matters that they are successful because of who they are, what they do and how they show up.
And you can't argue with their obvious success - it's what we take away from them and implement in our lives to be our best.
The one thing that I take my hat off from each and everyone who showed up, shared their story and experience was that:
🚩They are successful because they stand for something.
🚩They are successful because they know their bigger purpose in life.
🚩They are successful because they keep going when they are knocked down.
🚩They are successful because they do what others don't want to do.
🚩They are successful because they appreciate that they have to be hated by some to be loved by others so that they can make the impact they are meant to make with utilising their strengths to benefit others.
This is why I'm so passionate about helping ambitious people to realise what the impact is they are meant to make in this world -
in their career, their business, in their family.
